Peak season
Grenada is most lively during its peak season months of December to April. This is the busiest time to travel to this island, and the weather is usually fantastic. This is the best time to go to Grenada for a beach vacation. Book early for availability and best prices.

Shoulder season
May and June are shoulder season months for Grenada. These months are just between Grenada’s peak and low seasons. During the shoulder season, the island is usually less crowded, and rates for flights and accommodation can be more moderate.

Low season

    English is the main language spoken in Grenada and so, most visitors won’t have an issue communicating with the locals.

    The Eastern Caribbean Dollar (XCD) is the official currency of Grenada. US Dollars are also widely accepted in most places. If you plan on exploring beyond your resort, bring some small bills for tips and local purchases just in case.

    The standard voltage in Grenada is 230V, and the island uses Type G electrical outlets. Bring a universal adapter for your trip if needed.

  • GETTING AROUND
